While salt typically remains in standard noodles even after boiling, this product ensures zero salt content for a worry-free meal. Despite the lack of salt, our unique production technology ensures a firm texture and smooth swallow, maintaining the authentic deliciousness of traditional somen.
Preparation:
1. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil for every 180g of noodles. Add the noodles gradually and boil for 2 to 2.5 minutes.
2. Drain in a colander, transfer to a bowl, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce and condiments.
