Feature: Developed in collaboration between city’super and the long-established soba maker Hondaya in Shimane Prefecture. This premium soba is made entirely from freshly milled organic buckwheat flour, kneaded using traditional Japanese techniques. The result is a fragrant, naturally sweet, and smooth-textured soba that showcases the pure flavour of buckwheat.

Cooking tip: Boil one pack of noodles in more than 2L of boiling water, loosen gently with chopsticks, and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain immediately and rinse thoroughly in cold water or ice water to stop cooking. Serve chilled with dipping sauce as zaru soba, or in a warm broth as kake soba.
